Happy Thanksgiving

This year for Thanksgiving we had plenty to be thankful for. In addition to being thankful for the day to day wonderful life we have with a wonderful house, both having jobs, and a fantastic daughter, we have a lot to be grateful for this year. It was a long year in many ways. The year began with putting Grams into a nursing home, a place she remains, but we were able to spend the day with her today and that was wonderful. February brought Jill's step father being diagnosed with bladder cancer. After much of the year filled with surgery and treatment for that, he is cancer free as of the beginning of this month's scan. For that we could not be thankful enough. This year brought Jill's dad losing his job due to our terrible economy, but that also has turned around with him accepting a job at the end of October, so we are also thankful for that. For us personally the months of August and September were filled with fear over the lump in Jill's lymph node. We remain eternally grateful that after many painful procedures and surgery, the news was as good as it could have been, no cancer. This year brought many of our friends losing parents and we think of them today and always and pray they are healing slowly but surely. So, on this day of thanks, we are thankful for all mentioned above and all of you, our family and friends, we are grateful for each and every one of you. Happy Thanksgiving.
